Public hearing on a text amendment by staff to amend Section 3.4.2 - Dimensional Table, ofthe Clinton Land Development Ordinance to provide smaller minimum lot widths for townhouses. 6. Public hearing for the FY2025-2026 budget pursuant to NCGS159-12. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consideration of a resolution allowing the City's travel policy adoption by the Clinton ABC Commission for the fiscal yearbeginning July 1, 2025. 2. Consideration ofapproving a request by the Sampson Juneteenth Planning Committee in conjunction with Community Uplift Initiatives, Inc., to close Graham Street and Clinton City Market parking lot on June 19, 2025, for the Juneteenth Celebration. 3. Consideration of approving a contract between the City of Clinton and Eastern Carolina Regional Housing Authority for police services. 4. Consideration ofa approving a contract between the City of Clinton and Clinton City Schools for law enforcement. 5. Consideration ofapproving a contract between the City of Clinton and the Clinton ABC Board for ABC law enforcement. 6. Consideration of approving a contract between the City ofClinton and Sampson Community College for School Resource Officer (SRO) services. 7. Consideration ofbudget amendments. 8.
