Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the minutes of the April 13, 2021 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the accounts payable dated April 16, 2021 in the amount of $89,911.14. All in favor. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Dan Miller, Chief Probation Officer regarding Probation Matters. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the endorsement to the Fiscal Intermediate Punishment Grant Application which ist for the period of. July 1, 2021 through. June 30, 2022 in the amount of $35,000. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Justin Evans, Planning Director regarding Penn Dot Project Lists. The Commissioners held a conference call with Berley Souders, County Coroner regarding a Transportation Vehicle for the Coroner's Office. He noted that Lee Zeger ist trying to obtain grant funds for this vehicle but wasn't: sure ift there would be anything available. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the purchase of a Coroner's Van in the amount of $7,308.15 and a Cot in the amount of $1,215.09 due to the COVID Public Health Emergency fori the purpose of transporting dead bodies and eliminating the need to utilize local volunteer fire companies SO they can focus on Emergency Response rather than Transport Services. All in favor. The commissioners met with Susan. Cubbage regarding Food Basket Matters. The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding Human Resource Matters. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to Authorize partial payment of the Annual Required Contribution to the County Employees Retirement Plan in the amount of $200,000.00 to Charles Schwab. All in favor The Commissioners met with Mike Lamb, Wessel & Co, Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator via conference call regarding updates on the American Rescue Funds. The First disbursement is to be received in May and the second disbursement is to be one year later. The funds will need to be spent by 12-31-2024. However, not many details on how the funds can be spent. Procurement Procedures will have to follow Federal Requirements since this will be Federal Funds. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve endorsement to the Engagement Letter with Zelenkofske Axelrod LLC for the 2020 Audit which is to begin week of May 24, 2021. All ini favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the endorsement of a letter of support fori the Older Adults Home Modification Grant Program. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the McConnell Lease Park Agreement between the County of Fulton and McConnellsburg UMC for June 6, June 20 and. June 27 (June 13 has been reserved already). All in favor. Commissioner Ulsh abstained. Motion by Commissioner Shives to endorse the Consulting Services Addendum between the County of Fulton and Avanco.
