Supervisor Jewett inquired who would make the initial judgment and adjudication on claims about people permanently residing in their RVs. The Planning & Zoning Administrator reviewed the investigation process and mentioned the Planning & Zoning Administrator would investigate. The Planning & Zoning Administrator stated that usually, it is very evident when someone is using their RV as a residence and provided a few examples.
