ACTION: The motion passed unanimously. COUNCIL ACTION/DISCUSSION ITEMS (A Public Comment Period was provided for each item below.) 4. Donald Ross Road Dune Walkover (JBO) MOTION: Halpern made a motion to proceed with the proposed structure design that includes the seating area for the JBO Dune Walkover along with the proposed Drainage Plan. ACTION: Motion failed for lack ofa second. MOTION: Halpern/Calagham made a motion to proceed with the proposed structure design that includes the seating area for the JBO Dune Walkover; and includes a rip rap area for drainage filtration with staff to modif the plan should DEP have questions or concerns. AMENDED MOTION: Davis/Callaghan made a motion to amend the main motion to have the bench as an alternate bid item when the project is put out to bid. ACTION: The amended motion passed unanimously. ACTION: The main motion passed unanimously. 20. Discussion on Adjournment ofTown Council Meetings (Ord. 759) MOTION: Callaghan made a motion to extend the meeting deadline past 10PM on a case-by- case basis. Mayor Wheeler passed the gavel and seconded the motion. Vice Mayor Callaghan and Mayor Wheeler agreed to withdrew the motion. MOTION: Davis/Callaghan made a motion to start the Town Council meetings at 5PM with a break in between. ACTION: The motion passed 4-1 with Councilmember Halpern opposed. 21. Selection and Approval of the Color Palette for The Dunes at Juno Beach MOTION: Hosta/Callaghan made a motion to approve Option #1 (Modern/Key West Cracker) color palette. ACTION: The motion passed 4-1 with Councilmember Halpern opposed. 22. Pelican Lake Gazebo MOTION: Callaghan/Davis made a motion to have staff obtain a structural analysis report of the gazebo from a professional at a cost not to exceed of $5,000 from contingency. ACTION: The motion passed unanimously. Mayor Wheeler; Councilmember Hosta, and Councilmember Halpern gave consensus to go out for donationsfor the gazebo and have staffi prepare afindraiser proposal for Council to review. 23. Discussion on Reopening the Charter Review Mayor Wheeler, Vice Mayor Callaghan, and Councilmember Hosta gave consensus not to proceed with Charter Review at this time. 24. Discussion on Action Minutes for Council Comments Mayor Wheeler, Vice Mayor Callaghan, and Councilmember Hosta gave consensus not to proceed with any changes. 25. Proclamation - National Public Works Week 2025 (Originally Item #7) Mayor Wheeler read the proclamation. MOTION: Callaghan/Davis made a motion to approve the Proclamation for National Public Works Week. ACTION: The motion passed unanimously. 26. Proclamation - Professional Municipal Clerks Week 2025 (Originally Item #9) Mayor Wheeler read the proclamation. MOTION: Callaghan/Davis made a motion to approve the Proclamation for Professional Municipal Clerks Week. ACTION: The motion passed unanimously. COMMENTS FROM THE COUNCIL Council gave nanimous consensus to have public comments for the May 2nd workshop at the beginning ofthe meeting.
