Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, January 22, 2019 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner McCray, Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Lynch Commissioner Ulsh opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the minutes of the. January 15, 2019 meeting. All in favor, Motion by Chairman McCray to approve the accounts payable dated January 18, 2019 in the amount of $153,133.92. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Chief Assessor, Michelle Sowers to discuss an upcoming Tax. Appeal. The Commissioners met with Karen Hann McFadden regarding CDBG matters. Motion by Commissioner McCray to authorize Chairman Ulsh to sign and to approve the submission to DCED the exempt status determination form for the 2018 CDBG Competitive Program Administration. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner. McCray to authorize Chairman Ulsh to sign and to approve the submission to DCED the annual environmental review reevaluation, form for the McConnellsburg Sewer Authority Cloverleaf Court sewer line replacement project for the 2018 CDBG Competitive Contract. The Commissioners met with Solicitor Kerlin, Sheriff Stains, Chief Probation Officer Miller and Sgt. Cummings regarding inmate transports. The Commissioners then met with Sheriff Stains regarding office matters. Motion by Commissioner McCray to authorize Sheriff Stains approval to purchase a 2007 Ford E350 Van for Prisoner Transports from All Things Automotive in the amount of $12,068.64. All in favor. This purchase was approved and budgeted for in the 2019 Budget for the Sheriff's Department. The Commissioners also signed a document authorizing Sheriff Stains as the: signatory on all documents for purchase of said vehicle. Motion by Commissioner to adjourn at 12:10 p.m. All in favor.
