67 Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners = Tuesday, July 5, 2022 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh (via telephone), Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Absent: None Others Present: None Commissioner Bunch opened the meeting with prayer and all recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the June 28, 2022 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Accounts Payable dated June 27, 2022 in the amount of $21,069.56. All in favor. Fund 100 General Fund 5,606.92 Manual Checks $0.00 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $5,606.92 Fund 227 SFC Technology Grant 1,290.77 Fund 238 911 13,121.37 Fund 247 CDBG 1,050.50 TOTAL ALL FUNDS $21,069.56 Commissioners met with HR Administrator, Deanna Park, to approve the hiring of two new Court Crier/Tipstaff employees. Park also discussed posting the vacant position for Juvenile Probation Officer. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to hire Bonnie Duffey and Harold Gress Jr. for the vacant positions of Court Crier/Tipstaff for the County Courthouse. All in favor. A brief Salary Board meeting was held at 8:35 AM. Commissioners discussed the letters sent to the townships requesting aid for the Broadband Project. Commissioners stated that they plan to attend the convention in October to address questions as requested from some of the townships. Commissioners signed a statement from the Fulton County Technology Department that was placed on the county website relating to the data breach from November 2021. The statement assured the public that the fraudulent emails received appear to be from the county but they are not and to delete them or reach out to the county employee to find out if the email is legitimate. 68 Commissioners approved and signed the second quarterly invoice from Conrad Siegel.
