Minutes of the Meeting of the Collegevlle-Trappe Municipal Authority Trappe Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania April 22, 2025 Chairwoman McKinney called the Colegevlle-Tappe Municipal Authority meeting to order on1 the above date at 7:00 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Mrs, Beckius, Mr. Farr, Mr. Strauss, and Ms. Perlin. Mr. Borrelli was absent. Also present were attorneys Rebecca Geiser of Kilkenny Law, LLC, and Dave Onorato of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, the engineer, Matt Boggs, of Entech Engineering and the Director, Joseph Hastings, The members stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. MINUTES: Mr. Strauss made a motion to approve the March 25, 2025 minutes as presented. Mrs. Beckius seconded and the motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC INPUT: There was no public input. ENGINEER'S REPORT: Mr, Boggs presented the Engineer's S Report to the committee and is attached herewith. There was no update for the Castle Cove project. The engineer reported that the contractor for the 2022 I & I Phase 4 Sewer Improvements project has addressed the punch list items and are preparing the close out documents. Mr. Boggs reported a punchlist has been provided for the Fugo Tract Development and is currently being addressed. The engineer reported the developer for the Bronson Circle Development project is closing on the property in May 2025, and a preconstruction meeting is anticipated shortly thereafter. Mr. Boggs reported a punchlist has been provided to the contractor for the 56-62 Seventh Ave Development and all the items have been addressed. Maintenance Agreements are to be provided for execution. TREASURER'S REPORT: Mr. Farr presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith. The beginning balance on the check register as of March 25, 2025, was $110,364.81 deposits were $110,046.50 disbursements were $111,616.89, leaving an ending balance of $108,794.42 on April 21, 2025. Mr. Farr made a motion to approve check number 1778 through 1802, along with all EFTs and generai journal entries listed. Mr. Strauss seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Farr stated the PLGIT Term investment that matured on April 17th was moved into the Prime account. Mr. Farr reviewed the other financial reports which are also attached herewith. SOLICITORS REPORT: There were no solicitors' reports. LPVRSA REPORT: Mr. Strauss presented and reviewed the LPVRSA PADEP Chapter 94 Spreadsheet which is attached. Mrs, Beckius made a motion to approve the Business Reports, which was seconded by Mr. Farr and the motion passed unanimously. OLD BUSINESS: There was no old business, NEW BUSINESS: There was a discussion about attendance at the upcoming monthly meetings by the members. PUBLIC INPUT: There was no public input.
