If it rains it will be in the Anheier Building in City Park. All ages will enjoy this. Story Time at the Park is Friday June 13th at Bluestem Nature Center. Miss Tammy and M. Duffers, both from the Monticello Public Library, do a great job of reading a nature related story each month. Kids and families are invited. Kim Hoover of Hoots to Howls Wildlife Rehabilitation will bring rescued birds to the Amphitheater in Altherr Nature Park on Friday June 13th at 6pm and tell their stories. Everyone is invited. Donations to Hoots to Howls will be accepted. SOMA's We Love Our Downtown festival is on Tuesday June 17th from 5 to 7pm at Constitution Plaza. There will be live music, vendors and food. The Farmers Market will be open and POP Club will be there. Kids and families are invited Hike with a Geek, part of our Fresh Air Hikes series, will be held on Friday June 20th at Altherr Nature Park at 6pm. Meet for a fun summer hike and discover some cool outdoorsy apps for your phone. Art in the Park- Watercolor is a special art class held by Joy Bailey.
