The council may not address any issues not listed on the agenda; however, it may receive information 4. Discussion/action to approve minutes from 5/20/2025 regular meeting. 5. Discussion/action to approve financials. 6. EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO THE FOLLOWING DESIGNATED SECTIONS OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, ANNOTATED, CHAPTER 551, SUBCHAPTER D. Discussion/action for the council to give authority to the Mayor to sign the contract for the new electric rate for the city after first contacting the Mayor Pro Tem and lor two other council members. 9. Discussion/action to appoint a finance advisory committee to work with the Mayor, Annette Coles and Jim Clark and report back to council. 10. Adjourn to work shop to discuss animal ordinance, rental ordinance and comprehensive fees. 11. Acting City Secretary, Mayor and Council comments, request for future agendas 12.
