165 Meeting ofthe Fulton County Commissioners Tuesday, February 7, 2023 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Uish, Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Others Present: None Chairman Ulsh opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and all recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the January 31, 2023 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Accounts Payable dated February 3, 2023 in the amount of $360,619.54. All in favor. All in favor. Commissioners met with IT Director Eldon Martin to discuss a new antivirus software explaining that the work to "switch things over" would be covered in the Elect contract with the county. Martin also spoke to Commissioners about a five-year copier lease for the District Attorney's office. Commissioners met with Julie Dovey, Fulton County Human Services Director, to review and approve the HSBG report, FY 2021-2022. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Human Services Block Grant Certification Statement (Income and Expenditure report) for fiscal year 2021-2022 as presented. All in favor. 166 Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the reallocation of Human Services Block Grant funds for $3,500 to Fulton County Family Partnership for Adult and Aging Transportation Services as recommended by the HSBG Planning Committee for FY 2022-2023. All in favor. A brief Salary Board meeting was held at 10:15 a.m. to set the new HR Administrator's wages. Commissioners met with CDBG Coordinator Patti Hess to discuss CDBG inspections as part of being in compliance with the Section 504 Plan. Chief Clerk Stacey Golden talked with Commissioners about options of extending the current Maximus Cost Allocation Plan Contract two years or entering into a new four-year contract, presenting a proposal from Maximus. Commissioners opted to go with the new four-year contract for FY 2022-2026. The current contract expires March 31, 2023. Commissioners signed a Liquid Fuels Act 89 Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to adjourn at 11:44 a.m. All in favor.
