Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the minutes oft the March 23, 2021 meeting. AIl in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated March 26, 2021 int the amount of $125,878.99. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Patti Hess, CDBG Administrator and. Jamie Shrawder regarding CDBG Matters. The Commissioners approved Patti to conduct a coloring contest for Fair Housing Month. The Commissioners held a conference call with Mike Lamb, Wessel and Company and Lisa Beatty Fiscal Administrator regarding the Investment Proposals received from F & M Trust and Raymond James. Afterr reviewing proposals, Motion by commissioner Shives to transfer the TD AmeriTrade Investment Funds to Raymond James. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the McConnell Park Lease Agreements between the County of Fulton and the McConnellsburg High School for a Chorus concert May 12, 2021 with a rain date of May 18th and for a Mini Musical May 22nd and May 23, 2021, All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve endorsement to Resolution 7 of 2021 supporting the Second Amendment. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve endorsement to Resolution 8 of 2021 Naming April 2021 as Pennsylvania Safe Digging Month. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Budget Line transfer for Per Diem 9-1-1 Employees' Salaries. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to adjourn at 12:10 p.m. All in favor.
