Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, March 10, 2020 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the accounts payable dated March 13, 2020, in the amount of $63,124.44. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Mr. Shane Pittman representing Gun Owners of America. The Commissioners met with Mykayla Bollman and Wendy Melius, Center for Community Action regarding the Emergency Solutions Grant. Motion by Commissioner Shives to endorse and approve Resolution 5 of 2020 in support of the Emergency Solution Grant. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Bradley Seville, Building & Grounds Director regarding Recycling. The Commissioners decided to postpone recycling events until later in the year due to the COVID-19. The Commissioners held a Safety Committee Meeting with the Department heads. The Commissioners met with Chris Reibsome and Public Defender Phil Harper regarding Conflicts Attorney work for Fulton County. The Commissioners met with Brian Barton, EMA Director and Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding office matters. The Commissioners met with Travis Kendall, District Attorney regarding office matters. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to endorse Resolution 6 of 2020 in support of the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All in favor.
