Board. Attorney. Atkins explained the reasoning behind the open meetings law which is to give the public notice and the opportunity to review what is being considered. He expressed concerns about allowing these certificates ofapproval to be heard as they were not on any agenda available to the public. Board Chairman Freedman made a motion to allow the applicants to present their projects for advice only. No motions would be made by the Board to approve or deny. This would be for discussion purposes only. The applicants were asked to return to the upcoming Historic Board ofl Review meeting, May 5, 2025 at 5:30PM, when their projects would be on the agenda for that month's meeting.
