We opened the meeting with a prayer. 3:01pm 2. Guest and Citizen Participation: None 3:01 pm 3. We discussed an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $1,055,000 City of Richland Springs, Texas Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2025, approving additional agreements; and other matters in connection therewith. Motion made by Dale McKinnerney, 2nd by Johnie Reeves, passed by unanimous vote, 4-0. 3:02 pm 4. We discussed a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Texas Water Development Board for financial assistance in the form of a Principal Forgiveness Agreement in the amount of $2,710,520 through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Motion made by Larry Crump, 2nd by Johnie Reeves, passed by unanimous vote, 4-0. 3:03 pm 5. We discussed a resolution authorizing Mayor Pro-Tem with Frank Pearce and Chris Perry in relation to the City's 2025 TXCDBG Application. Motion made by Dale Mckinnerney, 2nd by Larry Crump, passed by unanimous vote, 4-0. 3:04pm 6. We discussed a resolution authorizing Mayor Pro-Tem with Frank Pearce and Chris Perry in relation to authorized signers for Texas Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2025. Motion by Johnie Reeves, 2nd by Dale McKinnerney, passed by unanimous vote, 4-0. 3:05 pm 10. No other discussions or actions to be taken.
