The purpose ofthe proposed partial replat is to reconfigure Reserve B ofLexington Heights, Section 1, in order to create 79 residential lots, 4 reserves, and 4 private right-of-ways. Jason Payne, a resident of Precinct 1 and Lexington Heights, is not in support of the partial replat. He listed that one of the reasons he purchased a home in the subdivision was for the green areas and reserve. He was concerned whether the plats will remove those green areas. He also discussed the drainage issues ofthe subdivision, and he did not believe it to be appropriate for there to be more development when there has been a reoccurring issue with water and drainage. Richard Funes, a resident of Precinct 1 and Lexington Heights, also spoke to the court with similar conçerns as Jason Payne with the lack of water supply, reason to be a resident in the neighborhood, and drainage issues. He also was not in support of the partial replat unless listed issues were resolved. AGENDA ITEM 17B1: Consider the partial replat of Bluejack National Phase 1A as reçorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 3074-3088 oft the Montgomery County Map Records and replat of Bluejack Southern Living Enclave as recorded in Cabinet Z, Sheets 6132-6133 ofthe Montgomery County Map Records, to be known as The Gardens Bluejack National.
