Review the Seminole Volunteer Fire Department reports for the months of February and March. Commissioner Rosson made a motion to approve routine administrative items as presented and the Hart Interactive contract for elections in the amount of $3,840.00. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on approving the bond for Gaines County SheriffJ.A.Vest. Commissioner Elder made a motion to approve the bond for the Gaines County Sheriff, J.A. Vest. Commissioner Rosson seconded the motion. (see attached) 5. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on Gaines County Rodeo Grounds Facility Rental Policy. Commissioner Houston made a motion to approve the Rodeo grounds facility rental policy for out of county residents as presented. Commissioner Rosson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. (see attached) 6. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on the revisions to the Golf Course Policy. Commissioner Elder made a motion to approve the Golf Course Policy with the following changes: page 4 Golf Course Management from the County Judge to Commissioners Court has authority to pre-approve purchase of outside routine supplies and materials and correct ai typographical error on page 31 from GolfBulb to Golf Club. Commissioner Rosson seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. (see attached) 7. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on Gaines County Golf Course Rules and. Regulations. Commissioner Elder made a motion to approve the following changes: #8 under Golf Course Rules to state no more than 5 players shall be allowed per group during regular play and #2 under Violation Procedures to state the second violation shall be reported to the judge who shall take to the commissioners court for appropriate action etc. Commissioner Rosson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. (see attached) 8. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on the general fees at the Gaines County GolfCourse. Commissioner Rosson made a motion to approve changes to green fees and membership fees for county and non-county residents and to add Friday as part of the weekend fees and to be effective May 1, 2025. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on updates to Gaines County 4-H Livestock Feeding Facility Rules and Guidelines. Commissioner Houston made a motion to approve the following changes to the Gaines County 4-H Livestock Feeding Facility Rules and Guidelines: #3 4-H volunteers will need to be certified and have a background check and #17 adding a symptom, "rash" to the list as presented by Terry Millican, Extension Agent-Ag. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on a request for out of state travel for the Gaines County 4-H Agent. Commissioner Elder made a motion to approve a request from Terry Millican, Extension Agent-Ag for out of state travel and authorize blanket travel to Lea County New Mexico. To consider, discuss and take any necessary action on a quote from John Deere for the trade-in of three shredders in exchange for two John Deere FC15R Flex Wing Rotary Cutter shredders for Precinct 4. Total cost with trade-in: $49,171.36 Commissioner Elder made a motion to approve a quote from John Deere for 21 FC15R Flex Wing Rotary Cutter shredders with the trade-in of Unit #'s 411, 4150 & 4151 shredders at a cost of $49,171.36 for Precinct 4.
