Consider authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute a Depository Bank Services Agreement and associated bank services agreements (as necessary), with PNC, NA pursuant to the Request For Application number RFA# 01-26 dated January 26, 2025 for Primary Depository Bank Services. Initial term will be four years from October 1, 2025 through September 30,2029 with the option for a one (1) two-year extension under the same terms and conditions. C. Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Center Line Welding for the welding and painting of doors and food chutes at the Juvenile Detention Center Bldg 5 at a not-to-exceed cost of $20,800.00. Consider and approve Bell County Justice Center Law Library renovations at an estimated cost of $13,795.18 and associated budget amendment. C. Consider and approve Bell County Justice Center rear sidewalk renovations to convert steps into a ramp with handrails at an estimated cost of $16,088.27 and associated budget amendment. d. Consider authorizing the County Judge to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between Temple College Adult Education and Literacy and Bell County Sheriffs Office, for the jail GED program. e. Consider the appointment of Steven Wick to the Board of Trustees for Central Counties Services for a two-year term beginning FY26-September 1, 2025 to the end of FY27- August 31, 2027. f. Consider approval for mid-year review for new positions for our intake division to include three new ADA's, one new investigator, and one new legal assistant in District Attorney Office. &. Consider and approve BLGY architectural services for Bell County Juvenile Services campus modifications in an amount not to exceed $82,790. These services are to be funded by the DSA Grant. h. Closed Sessions: (1) Texas Government Code Section 551.072, Deliberation related to the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property relating to Priest Drive property in Killeen, Texas, the deliberation of which in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person. (2) Texas Government Code Section 551.0725, Texas Government Code, to discuss and deliberate concerning contracts being negotiated relating to the Killeen. Annex. i.
