Concern about the chimney size and detail. a. Changes have been made to reduce the size and to add corbeling at the request of the board. b. Please see attached plans for rev clouded changes. 2. Window details a. Window sizes of the triple windows have now been adjusted to clearly show that the center window is a double hung window. b. All windows have been finalized to show double hung operation and grill details. C. Please see attached plans for rev clouded changes. 3. Address update and concern of the scale/fit of the proposed home. a. Address the owners have made changes to retain the address 608 Water Street. This has been their preference, and they do not wish to change it to Vue de Leau. To achieve this, the front entrance of the home will now be on Water Street with a walkway added to the plans leading from Water Street to the front porch facing Water Street. The walkway leading from Vue de Leau has been deleted. The elevation ofthe home facing Vue de Leau has been considered with keeping of the side entry porch and aesthetically pleasing entry door into the mud room. b. The change of address now makes the home a Water Street home with comparisons in likeness and scale/fit in accordance with fellow Water Street homes. While the originally submitted renderingslelevations ofj just the proposed home gave the false visual appearance of it being too large in fit/scale, this scaled comparison shows how well and complimentary it is to the community, both aesthetiçally and in fit/scale.
