Motion by Commissioner Bunch to accept the May 14, 2024 Retirement Board Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve Accounts Payable, dated May 20, 2024, in the amount of $126,293.07. All in favor. All in favor. 418 Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve and Execute the Conrad Siegel Quarterly Fee for Investment Advisory Services Invoice in the amount of $3,736.00 to be paid from the Plan Assets. All in favor. Commissioners met with SEDA COG (Council of Governments) Project Coordinator Jamie Shrawder for a review of the CDBG (Community Block Grant Program) Program and to introduce Fulton County's new Project Coordinator Cody Hoover. Shrawder reviewed the Prep Schedule for FFY 2024 noting that the first Public Hearing will take place July 16, 2024 at the Commissioners Office at 6:00 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to enter into Executive Session at 9:00 a.m. for Personnel Matters. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to exit Executive Session at 9:55 a.m. All in favor, Motion by Commissioner Bunch to accept Letters of Retirement from Vicki Henry and' Diane Swope in the Treasurer's Office. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve internal and external advertisement of a Full-Time Office Deputy II position at 35 hours per week and a Part-Time Office Deputy II position at 19 hours per week, both in the Treasurer's Office. All in favor. A Safety Committee Meeting was held at 10:00 a.m. and a Department Head Meeting was held at 10:30 a.m. Separate minutes are on file. Commissioners met with Services for Children Director Christine McQuade to discuss a potential new hire. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve and execute a HART Invoice for paper ballots, in the amount of $8,370.84. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to appoint Thomas Morton as an "Elected Official" from "Farmer" on the Fulton County Agricultural Land Preservation Board to comply with Section 4, "County Board By-Laws", stating that the board shall be composed of seven (7) members to include three Farmers, two Members at Large, one Elected Official and one Contractor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve and execute a Resolution for the Fulton County Agricultural Land Preservation Board that lists the reinstated board members. All in favor. 419 Motion by Commissioner Hann to approve and execute a Certification Statement for the County Children & Youth Social Service Programs, Period 1/1/24 through 3/31/24. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve and execute ABI ARPA Invoice #020, in the amount of $6,393.95. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Hann to adjourn the meeting at 12:13 p.m. All in favor.
