Subdivision Approval Applicant is requesting preliminary and final subdivision approval pursuant to the Monroeville Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, No. 2525, to subdivide tax parcel 746-A-368 into three (3) lots, in the R-2, Single/Multi-Family zoning district. Lot 1 with an area of0.19 acres, Lot 2 with an area of0.19 acres, and Lot 3 with an area of0.19 acres. The property is a vacant lot along Orchard Street. The Planning Commission recommends approval of this application. Approval of Motions (white section): 8. A Motion to approve the Lease Agreement with the Garden City Swim and Tennis Club to delineate the maintenance responsibilities. Approval of Resolutions (pink section): 9. A Resolution authorizing a SINC-UP (SIGNALS IN COORDINATION WITH EQUIPMENT UPGRADES) Project Application with the Southwest Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) for State Route 0048/Mosside Boulevard. The Municipality's estimated contribution will be $237,139. 10. A Resolution approving a waiver releasing the Reclamation Church from installing 1,337 sfof sidewalk along St. Martins Drive as required by Ordinance No. 1016 and Ordinance No. 2235. The estimated total project cost is currently $1,096,158.73 and the original DCNR grant award was $243,500. Approval of Ordinances (yellow section): 12. An Ordinance ofthe Municipality ofMonroeville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, amending Ordinance No. 227, to extend the recognized length ofthe public portion ofOrchard Lane from 2,534 feet to 2,713 feet. 13. An Ordinance of the Municipality of Monroeville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, enacting certain truck restrictions on Jamison Lane. 14. An Ordinance of the Municipality of Monroeville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, amending Ordinance No. 2779, The Monroeville Zoning Ordinance, to provide for text amendments to various sections of said Ordinance. 15.
