Approve the Summer Blast Program to be held at the Memorial Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in coordination with the Summer Lunch Program, beginning Tuesday, June 17, 2025 and ending Thursday, August 14, 2025 C. Authorize Borough representatives to participate in and sign the necessary documents at the real estate closing related to the sale of4 434 S. Lehigh Ave. to Robert Rinaldi for the purchase price of $32,000.00, and on the condition that the structure will be demolished within 60 days of closing d. Conditionally approve use ofthe gymnasium by the Diakon Walking Club on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00-11:00 a.m. during the summer months, provided it does not conflict with other previously approved Programs 9. LAW & ORDER REPORT a. Authorize and approve Schuylkill County and its designees to demolish Borough- acquired dilapidated structures on W. Pine and W. Walnut Streets b. Authorize the filing of a Praecipe for Writ of Possession of the dilapidated structure and property located at 112 W. Frack St., previously acquired by the Borough as per the Pa. Eminent Domain Code 10. SANITATION REPORT a. Approve the filings of Writs of] Execution and Sheriff's S Sales for the following properties with garbage delinquencies: (1) 235 N.
