Second by James Smith Motion passed by Council-None Opposed 1. New Business- James Smith made the Motion to hire Joe Wilson as the Public Works Foreman at the pay: rate of $23.50. 90 Day Probation 2. Old Business- Beth Hoppe made the Moton to Accept the proposal from United Bronze in the amount of $750.00. For Gunner's plaque. Second by James Smith Questions/Comments: None Motion carried by Council-None Opposed Beth Hoppe made the Motion to purchase commercial grade basketball hoops not to exceed $500.00. James Smith Questions/Comments: None Motion carried by Council-None Opposed James Smith made the motion to authorize Lane Turturice to proceed with Center Avenue One-Way Ordinance. Second by-Beth Hoppe Questionsy/Comments: None Motion carried by Council-None Opposed James Smith made the Motion to purchase signage from Cassidy Signs in the amount of $1.601.32 from Liquid Fuels Fund for One-Way Center Avenue. Second by-Beth Hoppe Questions/Comments: Ken McKinney explained why the cost was $1,600.32. Many signs and posts are needed for this project. James Smith made the Motion to donate more millings to Washington County. Second by-Beth Hoppe Questions/Comments: Beth Hoppe questioned why the borough is stockpiling ifthe borough does not need that much.
