Call to Order and Certification of a Quorum Mayor Robin Collins called the Kemah Council Meeting/Kemah Public Facilities Corporation Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Kemah City Hall. Present were City Councilmembers Doug Meisinger, Isaac Saldana, Darren Broadus, Justin Staton, and Teresa Vazquez-Evans. There was a quorum. 2.
