Consider and take action on a replat for Dogwood Lake Subdivision, Lots 3, 4 and 42, located on FM 323. Commissioner Chapin 7. Consider and take action on approving an amendment to the contract for the sale of the Civic Center, located at 1819 W. Spring Street, Palestine, Texas. Judge McKiinney 8. Consider and take action on Order Number 0-01-2025 exempting the purchase of professional services from competitive bidding procedures, for architectural services for the design and plans of a building for the Agricultural Extension Office. Commissioner Chapin 9. Consider and take action on the purchase of equipment for Precinct 2 Road and Bridge Department from Ritchie Brothers Auction, up to $100,000. Commissioner Mims 10. Consider and take action to build a helipad for Cayuga Volunteer Fire Department, with materials donated by the State of Texas for emergency medical response. Commissioner Hill 11. Consider and take action to correct the mileage on Anderson County Road 4894. Commissioner Hill 12. Consider and take action to enter into a contract with Velvin and Weeks Consulting Engineers, Inc. for a Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H & H) Analysis on Anderson County Road 404, Anderson County Road 406 and Private Road 8420, as requested by the Environmental and Historic Preservation, for a mitigation grant. Commissioner Hill 13. Consider and take action on a Service Agreement with Sylogist for the State Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Grant for FY 2026. Auditor Megan Lambright 14. Consider and take action on an interim COBRA Administration Agreement between Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Pool (TAC HEBP) and Anderson County, effective May 1, 2025, through the next renewal date. Consider and take action as necessary on the Sheriff's Office request to allow the sale of an issued ballistic vest deemed surplus to another county or a political subdivision in accordance with Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Ann. 263.152. The sell price will be determined based on the original purchase price paid prorated for the service-life of the ballistic vest (60 months). Sheriff Flores 16. Accept a donation of $50.00 to the Anderson County Sheriff's Office from Charles Hannigan and Catherine Andres to be placed in the Reserve Officer Fund. Sheriff Flores 17. Consider and take action to approve a bid from Palestine Air & Heat, LLC to supply and install a replacement combination heating/cooling unit (C4) at the County Jail at a cost of $18,739.20.
