We acquired valuable information that will assist in investing the city's funds for optimal returns. Currently, I am collaborating with the city's CPA to establish an investment policy, as mandated by the state, to ensure proper management of the city's investments. Since the city does not have a city manager, I recommend Mrs. Tarbox to oversee the investments for the city. Will be on next month's agenda to discuss further. Discussions were held with KSA regarding the grant project for the improvements to Jay Drive and Lilac Lane. The city has accepted a bid for the roadwork, which is scheduled to commence within the next one to two months.
