The Crandall Walmart Supercenter and Fuel Station consists of 22.71 acres of land. The property is generally located North of US 175, between Spring Creek and FM 741 in the City of Crandall's city limits, Kaufman County, Texas. 6. Discussion and Action on a request for approval of a Preliminary Plat for Lots 2-4, Block 1, WM River Ridge as requested by Kimley-Horn. Lots 2-4, Block 1, WM River Ridge consists of 22.71 acres of land. The property is generally located on the north side of Highway 175, on the eastside of FM 741 in the City of Crandall's city limits, Kaufman County, Texas. 7. Discussion and Action on a request for approval of a Site Plan for 310 S. 4th Street Crandall, Texas 75114 as requested by Homes by Mcgee Inc. Homes by Mcgee Inc. consists of 25 acres of land. The property is generally located at 310 S. 4th Street in the City of Crandall's city limits, Kaufman County, Texas. 8. Public Hearing: a request for approval of a Zoning Classification change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) for single-family residential for the Adams Tract as requested by JBI Partners, Inc. The Adams Tract consists of 104.558 acres of land. The property is identified as being Kaufman CAD ID 16032 and generally located at the northwest corner of CR 269 and Lone Star Drive in the City of Crandall's city limits, Kaufman County, Texas. 9. Discussion and Action on a request for approval of a Zoning Classification change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) for single-family residential for the Adams Tract as requested by JBI Partners, Inc. The Adams Tract consists of 104.558 acres of land. The property is identified as being Kaufman CAD ID 16032 and generally located at the northwest corner of CR 269 and Lone Star Drive in the City of Crandall's city limits, Kaufman County, Texas. 10. Discussion and Action on a request for approval of a Preliminary Plat for Eastland Phase 6 as requested by LJA Engineering. Eastland Phase 6 consists of 105.550 acres of land. The property is generally located between FM 741 and Sunrise Blvd. in the City of Crandall's ETJ, Kaufman County, Texas. 11.
