MINUTES Minutes ofthe February 19, 2025, meeting ofthe Housing Task Force having been read, it was moved by. John Franek and seconded by. Ray Stolinas to approve the minutes ofFebruary 19, 2025. Motion carried unanimously. V. OLD. BUSINESS A. Project Status-Faith Ryan provided an update as follows: 1. The Acres Project is ready to have their first tenant 2. Strawberry Fields reached out stating that they have a Veteran who was over income fort the program, but. since that particular project was infused with monies other than just ERAP, the State. said that he was eligible to live there. 3. Anchor Mae has some code issues but is coming along well 4. PRC and Nastase have not reported. Faith will be reaching out to themj for their current status 5. A motion was made by Todd Dolbin and seconded by. Ray Stolinas to approve the addition of new members, Chris Dochat and Gary. Brandeis. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Discussion ensued regarding. future members. There being no. formal maximum number noted in the. By-Laws or past Minutes, this portion ofthe discussion was tabled. Lyn Gotwalt suggested seeking member participation, from a municipal manager. John Franek will speak with College Township Manager; Adam Brumbaugh with this regard. 4. Lyn Gotwalt also asked if our goals have changed since the start ofthe Task Force. To assist in answering this questions the Secretary read, from the By-Laws the Mission statement.
