DISTRICT4 Tabled by Zoning Board for more precise distance from existing poultry farm on adjacent Al property. 3. Jamie Allgood, JACB, LLC has requcsted a rezone for Tax Parcel 001 002 from A2 (General Agriculture) to AR (Agriculture Residential) to subdivide. DISTRICT 3 Zoning Board recommended approval subject to condition they do not encroach on 75ft creek buffer and no further subdivision of parcel. 4.
