City Secretary, Mason Florus, will conduct the installation of the Newly Elected Officials and Administer the Oath of Office. C. City Council will consider and take possible action on a Request for Re-Zoning ofa a piece of property located at the 1500 Block of Kessler Avenue (Hwy. 77S) from Single Family Residential to General Commercial for the purpose of putting in an RV Park. D. City Council will consider and take possible action on BEFCO Engineering, Inc., Presenting and Recommending Awarding Bid for the budgeted College Street, Water, Sewer, and Storm Sewer project. E. City Council will consider, discuss, and take possible action on hiring ACM (Austin Construction and Maintenance), for the Interior Clean-up weatherproofing City Hall at 535 North Main. F. City Council will consider and Re-Approve the TxDOT Maintenance Agreement by Resolution to Authorize the City to Enter into this Agreement that outlines the Responsibilities by both State and City. G. City Council will consider and take possible action on relinquishing the authority of the City Administrator from spending up to $150,000 for the City Hall Renovation Project located at 535 North Main Street. H. City Council will consider and take action on setting a date, time and place for a Workshop to discuss the Civic Center. 9.
