Proof of posting of notice in accordance with the provisions of Title 53 Chapter 551.3 Government Code (Vernon's Texas Codes Ann. 1994) as amended. known as the Texas Open Meetings Act. Judge Elliott asked for proof of posting and the same was affirmed by Elizabeth Perez, County Clerk, on the north and south door and the bulletin board on the second floor. 2. Public çomments. No comments. 3. Elected official reports. Judge Elliott stated that we received two grants to replace the generator in Reagan and Lott from HOTCOG. Sheriff Jason Campbell stated that this week, Thursday or Friday, they will be replacing the radio system at the Sheriff S department. Sheriff Campbell also stated that Chief. Johnson was able to secure a $19,000 grant from HOTCOG to upgrade to a computer-aided dispatch system. 4. Discussion and/or action concerning leasing lot by Annex tol NextLink. Judge Elliott said that he does not have the lease agreement yet. Once he receives the agreement he will bring it before Commissioner' s Court. 5. Discussion and/or action concerning Netdata. Discussion only. Judge Elliott suggested offices can look into options to replace Netdata, that would work well with their offices. 6. Discussion and/or action concerning Chilton CDBG Contract Number CDV23-0043 Draw Request No. 01 in the amount of $25.470.00. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the Chilton CDBG Contract Number CDV23-0043 Draw Request No. 01 in the amount of $25,470.00. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 7. Discussion and/or action concerning compensatory time payout for one Ojail employee. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the payout of compensatory time for one jail employce. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 8. Discussion and/or action concerning Falls County's Investment Policy and resolution. Commissioner Albright made a motion to accept the Falls County's Investment Policy and approve the resolution. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 9. Discussion and/or action concerning approving the annual distribution of permanent school funds for FY 2025. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the annual distribution of permanent school funds for FY 2025. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 10. Discussion and/or action concerning interlocal agreement with the City of Golinda. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to accept the interlocal agreement with the City of Golinda. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. II. Discussion and/or action conceming indigent burial. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the indigent burial. Commissioner Wuebker seconded; motion carried. Commissioner Green abstained. 12. Discussion and/or action concerning auction revenue. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the revenue to be put in the line items as presented. Commissioner Wuebker seconded; motion carried. 13. Discussion and/or action concerning approval of BT Yixon Solar. LLC project Road Use Agreement to prevent degradation of county-maintained roads. Have not received the Road Use Agreement. 14. Discussion and/or action concering road signs for CR 106 and CR 183. Commissioner. Albright made a motion to approve posting "No Thru Trucks" signs on CR 106 and CR 183. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 15. Discussion and/or action concerning purchase of used motor grader. Judge Elliott stated that we will need to run it in the paper and ask for proposals. 16. Review and discussion of Road and Bridge precinct work reports. including Administrator's progress report. Jeff Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, gave a report for the road and bridge department. 17. Discussion and/or action conceming the approving ofp payment of bills. including reimbursements late charges. the transfer ofs cash or funds from any line item or departments to another. book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action concerning department or non-departmental items with) line items that go past their budgeted amounts. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the payment of all bills, budget amendments, and payroll. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 18. Approval of minutes of prior meetings of Commissioner's Court. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Commissioner Albright seconded: motion carried. 19.
