Consider authorizing the County Judge to sign amendment #2 and notice to proceed to activate the existing contract - RFP 05-23 Debris Monitoring Services between Bell County and Debri Tech to monitor the waterway debris removal and disposal from Little Elm Creek by Ceres Environmental Services at a cost not to exceed $250,000 with appropriate budget amendment. g. Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute agreements for legal services for the Bell County Veteran's Treatment Court and the Mental Health Court. h. Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an agreement with R.L. Townsend & Associates to conduct construction audit services concerning the Bell County Loop Jail Expansion project at a cost not to exceed $39,120.00 with appropriate budget amendment.
