Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, October 20, 2020 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Absent: None Others Present: None Commissioner Ulsh opened the meeting with a silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, October 13, 2020 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the accounts payable dated October 19, 2020, in the amount of $158,241.95. All in favor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the transfer of an inmate to the Centre County Correctional Facility on a temporary basis for $65/day. All in favor. The Commissioners had a conference call with DCED regarding CDBG Matters The Commissioners met with Mike Lamb, Wessel & Co and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding draft budget review. The Commissioners met with Ernie Casino and Kevin Snyder, PennDOT District 9 regarding safety precaution possibilities on Route 30 near Tower Ridge Restaurant. The Commissioners met with Brian Barton, EMA/9-1-1 Director regarding Hazard Mitigation Plan Adoption. The Commissioners met with Caren Kubovcsak regarding Victim Serviçes. The Commissioners held a brief Salary Board Meeting. Motion by Commissioner Bunch authorizing endorsement to Resolution 10 of 2020 "Hazard Mitigation Plan Adoption". All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Proposal for Forensic Pathology Associates in effect from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
