Patrich from the Orangeville Manor expressed concerns regarding the water leak at his property causing flooding in his basement. The Borough informed Patrich that any additional water problems that occur near the Manor will be communicated to the Manor immediately. The Manor will contact Jason Welliver if another water issue occurs at the Manor. 2. Patrich was also very upset that no salting or cindering had been done on the streets of the Borough after receiving snow and ice. He explained that residents of the Manor had fallen on the street near the Manor due to insufficient clearing and salting. Patrich was assured by Council that necessary salt and antiskid products would be purchased to clear roads of excessive snow and ice. Patrich also claimed that he had contacted the Borough office on several occasions to express his concerns regarding the unsafe streets, he believed his calls were being ignored. Marja Cronk, Secretary, listened to the messages at the Borough Office twice, there were no calls received on the Borough answering machine from the Manor. He may have been, possibly, contacting the Orangeville Township in error. 3. Alice Domer voiced concerns regarding the water and sewer billing. She was assured that the billing was being prepared and would be billed shortly. 4. Don Domer expressed his frustration that a diesel truck parked at the fire hall runs for extended periods of time, creating a loud noise at various times during the day. Mr. Domer wanted to know if the owner of the truck had asked permission to park at that location. A name and address should be obtained for the driver of the truck. 5. Chuck and Stacie Lear - Continued discussion regarding Boroughs' approval to have the Lear property sewer and water lines connected to the Boroughs lines. The Borough Grant may be able to cover such expenses; however, the Grant would have to be revised to include the connection to the Lear property. There needs to be more than one bid offer per Grant for work to be completed and must be submitted by an engineer's approved plan. SEWER 1. Jeff Roan will communicate with his contact regarding the Sewer Grant revision and confirm that a revision is possible to include the Lear property connection. 2.
