Also, Ms. Rankin: said, that city employees have been driving over the curbs and on the grass at the sports complex area creating rufs. Roddy Peralta addressed thei issue with Waste Management's bulk trash pickup being done by hand instead ofa claw truck. Mr. Peralta also brough! upi the issue with the many houses that need to be torn down throughoul the city. Councilmember Pesek made ai motion, seconded by Coumellmember Wiatrek, 10 approve a Resolution by the City of Jourdanton: suspending the April 19, 2025 effective datefor forby-five days ofthe proposal by CenterPoint. The motion! passed uanimousy. 4.2 Discussion and possible action on approving LSA Sports, LLC provide swimming lessons and swimming camps at the City of Jourdanton Aquatic Center. LSA Sports, LLC's use ofthe pool lop provide swimming lessons and: swimming camps and directed the city attorney to draf a contract to be approved at the next regularly scheduled council meeting. The motion passed nanimously. 4.3 Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution of the acquisition of the purchase of al building for Atascosa CAD's office situated in Atascosa County, Texas at address 1020 Bensdale Rd., Pleasanton, Texas, Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales made ai motion, seconded by Coumcilmember Pesek, 1o approve a. Resolution ofthe acquisition ofthe purchase ofa buildngfor Atascosa CAD's offices situated in Atascosa Couty, Texas at address 1020 Bensdale Rd, Pleasanton, Texas. The motion) passed with one negative vote. 4.4 Discussion and possible action on services provided under the City's Solid Waste Franchise agreement with Waste Management of Texas Inc. No action. The April 2025 Dead End & Hydrant Flushing schedule is posted on the City's website and Facebook page. Tvop pool companies inspected the swimming pool. The pool has a lot ofcalcim buildup, Cody's Pools wast the lowest! proposal at $7,200. This will include the acid wash, calcium removal, andy plaster patch. It was determined! by using a dye test that there wasi no crack. The plaster patch will repair the crack. Requested that TML Risk Pool adjuster come out toi inspect the pool as ap precaution. Aplumber will ber repairing ai manifoldy pipe that runs to the splash! pad. All, repairs will be compleled by May 1, 2025.
