Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Minutes for November 14, 2024. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving ORDINANCE 2024-014, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS, SETTING THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR. Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to approve ORDINANCE 2024-014, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS, SETTING THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR. Vote: All in favor Motion carried. B. Motion was made by Council Member David Gilliam and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to consider, discuss, amend, action, and/or approve monthly reports from the following departments: Engineering Department Utility Department Police Department Permits Department Code Enforcement City Hall Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to approve all received monthly reports. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member David Gilliam to consider and discuss and take possible action on approving RESOLUTION 2024-011, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS RELATED TO YEAR 2025 HOLIDAYS, SICK DAYS, AND VACATION DAYS FOR CITY HALL, UTILITIES, AND THE MUNICIPAL COURT. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member David Gilliam to approve RESOLUTION 2024-011, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS RELATED TO YEAR 2025 HOLIDAYS, SICK DAYS, AND VACATION DAYS FOR CITY HALL, UTILITIES, AND THE MUNICIPAL COURT. Vote: 4i in favor (Garry Hershman, Billy Crittenden, David Gilliam, Barbara Earhart) 1 opposed (Dyane Anderson) Motion carried. D.
