Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Minutes for December 12, 2024. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the updated contract with AT&T. Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to approve the 3-Year Internet Contract with AT&T. Vote: All in favor Motion carried. B. Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to consider, discuss, amend, action, and/or approve monthly reports from the following departments: Engineering Department Utility Department Police Department Permits Department Code Enforcement City Hall Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to approve all received monthly reports. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to consider, discuss, and take possible action on the Utility Contract.
