Call meeting to Order: Mayor Seymore called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. Prayer and Pledges: Councilmember Kelly gave the invocation and led the pledges. 3. Citizen Presentations for Items not on the Agenda: a. Elaine Paske informed the Council ofthe Easter Egg hunt put on by the Park Board will be April 12, 2025 @ 10 am and they will be stuffing eggs at the Girl Scout hut on Tuesday March 4, 2025 at 5pm. 4. Public Comment on Agenda Items other than Public Hearing: N/A 5. Consent Agenda: a. Approve the minutes from February 3, 2025 City Council Meeting. Councilmember Morrish moved to approve the minutes. Councilmember Lange seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. 6. Regular Agenda Items for Discussion, Consideration and/or Action: a. Approve Resolution 2025-03-01 to extend the Airport Advisory Board to registered voters ofthe City and County. Councilmember Lange made a motion to Eebmn 32105Minutes Page Lor3 approve the Resolution. Councilmember Kelly seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. 7. Department Reports: a. Public Works Update: Cord Bowman i. Streets and Parks- Bowman reported they still have two patching trucks weather permitting. One is for blade patching and the other is for pothole patching. The street department has been blading dirt roads to 15th and 16th streets as well as behind stripes. Parks have been working on basketball goals and fencing in the park. The Ballinger Lake RV park is now open for camping. ii. Upcoming Projects- Road work on Largent from 12th to 13th street, gth and Crosson, and Country Club and gth. b. Public Utilities Update: David Brem i. Sewer and Water-Brem reported that the sewer department is still having issues with residents flushing wipes and paper towels. For the month of February, the Water Treatment planted treated 10.8 million gallons of water. ii. Upcoming Projects C. City Manager: Lindsey Gayoso i. Spring Cleaning-Rummage Sale- Gayoso gave handouts for information on the City wide clean up as well as the rummage sale. ii. City Hall and employee updates- Employees are all working well and staying in communication with each other. There are many projects including all employees to get City hall and Ballinger cleaned up. Councilman Lange recommended taking tractor tires and burying them in the parks for kids. iii. Financial Reports-Accounts Payable, Revenue VS Expenses. 8.
