Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners = Tuesday, January 26, 2021 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Others Present: None Chairman Ulsh opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2021 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated January 25, 2021 in the amount of $309,276.01. All in favor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the 9-1-1 Emergency Professional Consulting Services proposal between Fulton County and Mission Critical Partners Inc. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Next Gen 9-1-1 Consulting Agreement for the Southern Alleghenies 9-1-1 Cooperation. All in favor. Motion by Chairman Ulsh authorizing EMA Director Brian Barton to endorse the agreement between Fulton County and Air Methods Corporation for aeromedical service. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Agreement with Fulton County and the Unemployment Compensation Program of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Trust. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Dan Miller, Chief Probation Officer regarding Probation Office Matters. The Commissioners met with Christine McQuade, Director of the Children & Youth Services Office regarding Office Matters. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to authorize. endorsement for the Certification Statement for the Children & Youth Social Service Programs for the period of 7/1/20-9/30/2020. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR Administrator and Brian Barton, EMA/9-1-1 Director regarding the HR Manual for 9-1-1 Dispatchers. The Commissioners met with Mike Lamb, Wessel & Co. and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding the COVID Cares Grant. Mike reported that Fulton County fully expended the 1.3 Million CARES funds to the County Departmental Needs local Businesses and Municipalities that applied.
