Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, July 6, 2021 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: CommisionerUlsh, Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Absent: None Others Present: None Commissioner Ulsh opened the meeting with a silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the minutes of the June 29, 2021 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated july 2, 2021 in the amount of $124,602.75. All in favor. Fiscal Administrator's position. Commissioners Bunch and Shives voted in favor and Commissioner Ulsh opposed. Motion carried. The Commissioners held a brief Salary Board Meeting. The Commissioners met with Mike Lamb, Wessel & Company and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding Rescue Funds. The Commissioners: met with Tom Morisi, Keller Engineers regarding Union and Taylor' Township's Multi Modal Funding Grant and Letter of support. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to authorize endorsement to the Multi Modal Funding Grant application for Old 126 in Union Township. All in favor, Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to authorize endorsement to the Multi Modal Funding Grant applications for a weight limit increase for Bridge 1 on' T-428 Pump Station Road over' Wooden Bridge Creek. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Patti Hess, CDBG Administrator regarding upcoming CDBG Deadlines.
