Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, October 2, 2018 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner McCray and Commissioner Lynch The Commissioners opened their meeting with prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the minutes of the Tuesday, September 25, 2018 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Accounts Payable dated September 28, 2018 in the amount of $516,546.53. All in favor. All in favor. The Commissioners along with the Tax Assessment Board held tax appeals from 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to hire Mr. George Johnson as the part time Recycling Coordinator. All in favor. The Commissioners met with EMA Director, Brian Barton regarding EMA Matters. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the 2018 EMPG Grant for salaries and benefits. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the 2018 State Homeland Security Grant Agreement for the South Central Mountains Region. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve endorsement on the General Contract for Services Agreement between McCutcheon Enterprises Inc. and the County of Fulton for Hazmat Contracting Services in the amount of $2,500 per year effective October 1, 2018 through October 1, 2021. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator and Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding budgeting presentation options. The Commissioners met with Susan Cubbage, Director of the Fulton County Food Basket regarding the State Food Purchase Expense and Data Report. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to authorize Commissioner Ulsh the authority to endorse the 2017-2018 State Food Purchase Expense and Data Report. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Anthony D'Anna and Jonathan Piper regarding PA Department of Environmental Protection Act 537 aka Sewage Facilities Act.
