Unfortunately, he said that the tree doesn't qualify for that designation. COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS Don Goss announced that there will be a re-dedication of the Bucks Familly Cemetery at the Harrisburg Hunters and Anglers Club on April 26th. He will get back to us with a time. Any Commission members attending are being asked to wear their Historical Commission shirts. Kristy Kessler read the Mission statement, and the Goals, originally set up by the Commission in 2018. She expressed concern that we, as the LPTHC, have been getting off-track too much and that we needed to remind ourselves of why we came into being as the Historical Commission. She asked that everyone think about the goals listed and whether or not there were any that should be deleted, changed, or new ones added. This is to be discussed at the next meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT Bill Miller brought up the possibility of having a site on the LPT web page under the Historical Commission with a QR Code which would provide information to the public on Historic sites in the Township. We tolld him that there is a site currently available called Story Maps for Historical Monuments and Markers on the Historical Commission page and is accessible to the public. Kristy Kessler made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Denise Deimier seconded said motion. It was approved and the meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm.
