Consider authorizing uses of the remaining Opioid funding in the amount of $47,324 as indicated in the proposal from the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department. B. Consider ratification of the Brownwood Municipal Development District Board action to approve a Downtown Retail Opportunity program (DRO) grant not to exceed $25,000 to Steven and Teresa Beal for a property located at 201 Center Avenue. Consider authorizing Letters ofIntent to purchase four trash trucks and one rolloff truck for Sanitation and one dump truck for Streets for the 2025-26 budget at an estimated cost of$2,025,000 to MHC Kenworth from Abilene. 10. Agreements and Contracts A. Discuss and award an administration contract to Public Management, Inc. related to a TPWD Local Parks Grant. B. Discuss and consider the award of a general engineering service agreement to Taylor Engineering. 11. Bids A. Consider accepting a bid for the replacement ofthe front window frame, windows, front doors and the rear door at the Service Center at a cost of $18,830 utilizing Early Glass and Brownwood Door of Early. 12. Executive Session: The City Council may convene into a closed executive session in the Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon's Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in the following section: Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters A. Consider a candidate for the Director of People and Performance. 13. Action as a result of the Executive Session A. Council may ratify the City Manager's appointment ofthe Director of People and Performance. 14.
