Public Comment- Richard Flores, update on Duval County Radio System-Project Status report. 4. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve minutes of the Regular meeting of February 2025. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 5. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve payment of bills. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 6. Line item/budget amendments- none 7. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve department reports. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 8. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve an Inter-local Agency Agreement between The Duval County Sheriff's Office and The San Diego Police Department for a period of 4 years beginning February 12, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2029. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and Against" none. 9. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Garza that we approve a Resolution authorizing Duval County to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) and the Greater Austin-Travis County Regional Radio System (GATRRS) to participate in the Regional and Statewide Emergency Radio Infrastructure for a period of seven (7) years. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 10. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve the Duval County ESD #1 Reappointment of Pedro Trevino, (last name was corrected from Travis during Commissioner's Court due to a typographical error on Agenda) Eduardo Tamez and Ken Wiederkehr to ESD#1 Board. (was corrected from ESI#1 in Commissioner's Court due to a typographical error on Agenda) Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 11. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we accept and approve the Master PSA Task Order #19L0249.06.1000 for the 2025 Duval County for Quarterly Methane Monitoring Services. (Total Cost of Service: $6,612.00. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 12. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve the Notice of Election for The Benavides ISD Bond Elections as well as the contract and invoice for the Election. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 13. On a motion made by Commissioner Garza and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve the Annual Subscription for the ArcGIS software program in the amount of $689.13. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 14. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve submission oft the GrantApplication fori the Operation Lone Star (OLS) = Constable Anti-Drug and Gang Mitigation Project to the Office of the Governor for the FY 2025-2026.
