City Council MABANK EST 1900 NOTICE OF MEETING REGULAR SESSION AGENDA CITY COUNCIL On Tuesday April 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. the Mabank City Council will meet in Regular Session at City Hall located at 129 E Market Street, Mabank, TX with the agenda outlined below. Ifthe City Council, during the course ofthe meeting covered by this notice, should determine that an Executive Session is required then such Executive Session, as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings. Act, Texas Government Code, may be held by the Council at the date, hour and place given in this notice, concerning bul not limited to the following sections and purposes ofthe Act: Private consultations with the City. Attorney - Article 551.071; Deliberations about Real Property 551.072. Personnel Matters - 551.074; Conference with Employee(s). - 551.075; Deliberation Regarding Security Devices 551.076. Anyfinal action;, final decision or final vote. shall be in the open meeting covered by the Notice upon reconvening ofthe public meeting. A meeting that is "open to the public" pursuant to the Open. DISCUSS/ACTION: CDS Investments requesting a variance for Victory Estates. 10. DISCUSS/ACTION: Jeff Gaddis; amending building restrictions for Mabank Meadows Phase 6 correcting line #5. 11. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Pursuant to Section 551.072 ofthe Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, the City will convene in Executive Session for deliberations concerning Real Property. 16. ACTION ON REAL PROPERTY MATTERS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION. 17. Review and approve any EDC financing or pending projects whose cost exceeds ten thousand dollars based on Article 4 of The Mabank EDC Articles ofIncorporation. 18.
