Motion carried three in favor, none opposed. B. Consideration and possible action on the Southern Oaks Concept Plat of 133.687-acre tract of land, owned by MissTex Development Group, LLC, property is located west of Williams Road with proposed residential, townhome and commercial lots. Motion by Jeff McClure to approve. Seconded by Bev Turnbo. Motion carried three in favor, none opposed. C. Consideration and possible action on Salado Center Phase II Final Plat of 14.031-acre tract of land, owned by Celts International, LLC. Motion by Bev. Tnh to. approve. Seconded by. Jeff McClure.
