Call to Order, Roll Call, and Determination of Quorum Mayor Meek called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. Dena Meek Mayor Present Scott Dufford Mayor Pro Tem Present Dave Klewicki Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Present Paul Bastaich Council Member Present Kirk Hawrysio Council Member Present John Lusk Council Member Present Greg Weiler Council Member Absent-Arrived 6:03 p.m. City staff present: Jeff Moore City Attorney Wayne McKethan Interim City Manager Jennifer Henry EDC/MDD Secretary Doug Tatu Police Chief Gary Sansing Interim Fire Chief Also present: Mary Petty, P3 Works; Jordan Sawyer, Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP; Jason Hughes, Hilltop Securities, Inc. 2. Invocation Mayor Meek gave the invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Meek led the pledges to the flags. 4. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit: a. Section 551.071 Consultation with Attorney, Section 551.087 Deliberation of Economic Development Negotiations, and Section 551.072 Deliberation Regarding Real Property: to deliberate and discuss with advisor's requests from the developer of property located within the Prairie Oaks development related to the financing of improvements for the benefit of property located within the development and the public improvement district related to the development. b. Real Property Section 551.072 (Real Property) to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. Mayor Meek recessed the meeting into Closed Session at 6:05 p.m. 5. Reconvene into Regular Session and take any actions necessary as a result of the Closed Session. Mayor Meek reconvened the meeting into Regular Session at 7:16 p.m. Council Member Weiler made a motion to authorize City Staff to publish all notices to sell real property on the terms as discussed in Closed Session; motion seconded by Council Member Lusk.
