PUBLIC: HEARING Public Comments: To hear public comments regarding amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ofthe City of Gunter, by amending Chapter 14, Zoning", exhibit 14A, "Zoning Ordinance", Section 30 "Accessory Building Regulations", by allowing ADU's in all Single Family zoning districts, limiting the size of ADU's, prohibiting the use of ADU's as rental properties separate from the primary structure and providing general regulations for accessory buildings. PUBLIC HEARING Public Comments: To hear public comments regarding amending the City of Gunter's Code of Ordinance, by making a textual amendment to section 27, "Special Uses", subsection 27.3, "Radio, Television, and Microwave Towers", to add provisions for telecommunication antenna. Davida. Miorin made the motion to approve amendments to the City's Code of Ordinance to add provisions for ielecommumication antenna. Joshua Fuller seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-0 6. Discuss, consider, and act upon a preliminary plat of 66.56 acres of property this is currently within the City of Gunter limits, situated in the Gunter J & HT & BRR, Abstract No. G1437 and 6.44 and 5.83 acre tracts located in the Houston Tex & Brazoria, Abstract No. G0606, in Grayson County, Texas. The property is located on E. Main St. and N. 9th St. (Gunter 66) Jerry Perry approved Preliminary Plat of 66.56 acres and 6.44 acres and 5.83 acres ofproperty located on E. Main Street and N. g" Street (Gunter 66). Ken Boyd seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-0 7. Discuss, consider, and act upon a minor plat on behalf of James and Christi Watson, of 15.21 acres of property that is currently located within the City of Gunter ETJ and partially in City Limits situated in the Gunter Thomas Duggan Survey, Abstract No. 33, HT & BRR, Abstract No. 1437 being 15.21 acres in Grayson County, Texas. The property is located at 20867 FM 121. Joshua Fuller made the motion to approve the Minor Plat on behalf of James and Christi Watson, of15.21 acres ofproperty located at 20867 FM 121.
