The agenda being as follows: INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 1. Public Comments and/or Requests for Information on Non-Agenda Items in Accordance with Section 551.042, ofthe Texas Open Meetings Act. 2. Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda is considered to be self-explanatory and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be a separate discussion oft these items. However, any Consent Agenda item may be removed for individual consideration pursuant to a request by a Commissioners Court member. a. Approve bills and claims. b. Budget Amendments. C. Reports of elected officials. d. Commissioners Court Minutes. 3. Consider approval of Placement of Fiber Optic Cable by Spectrum along County Roads in Precincts 1, 2, and 4. 4. Consider approval of Petition by Property Owners of Camp County, Texas requesting the Commissioners Court to close that certain Road known as County Road 3422. 5. Consider approval of request of Precinct 4 Commissioner to use Equipment Reserve Funds for equipment purchase. 6. Executive Session 7. Consider entering into executive session in accordance with Government Code 551.071 for consultation with attorney on pending litigation. 8. Convene into executive session 9.
