Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Tuesday, August 25, 2020 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the accounts payable dated August 28, 2020, in the amount of $59,783.01. All ini favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to endorse the State Food Purchase Program Grant for 2019-2020. All in favor. Motion by Chairman Ulsh to enter Executive Session at 8:55 a.m. All in favor. Motion by Chairman Ulsh to exit Executive Session at 9:05 a.m. All in favor. No action was taken. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Application for Headstone for a Deceased Service Person's Grave, Mr. Leroy Sheeder in the amount of $75 for Veteran's Marker. All in favor Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Application for Headstone Expenses of a Deceased Service Person/Surviving Spouse for Robert L. Garlock in the amount of $75 for Veteran's Marker. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Brian Barton, EMA/9-1-1 Director and Rick Harrison, Mission Critical Partners Inc. regarding various 9-1-1 Matters regarding staffing and procedures. The Commissioners held a brief Salary Board Meeting at 9:30 a.m. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the McConnell Park Lease between the McConnellsburg United Methodist Church and the County of Fulton for September 6, 13, 29 and 27th. All in favor. The Commissioners sat in on interviews for the vacant Elections Director/CDBG Administrator position. The Commissioners along with Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator attended a conference call with Michael Lamb, Wessel & Co regarding the COVID Relief Fund Applications. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve. the 22-Non-Governmental Applications, the County Departmental Requests and the eligible items only for 5-Governmental appliçations for the first round of COVID-19 County Relief Block Grant funds.
