203 Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners Tuesday, May 16, 2023 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Bunch and Commissioner Shives Chairman Ulsh opened the meeting with silent prayer and all recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the May 9, 2023 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Accounts Payables dated May 12, 2023 in the amount of $95,399.85. All in favor. All in favor. Commissioners met with Kimberly Souders, Building and Maintenance, to have a picture taken for April, 2023 Employee of the Month. Also in attendance was Brad Seville, Building and Maintenance Director. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to enter into Executive Session for Personnel Matters at 9:30 AM. All in favor. A brief Safety Committee Meeting was held at 10:00 AM. Separate minutes are on file. Commissioners spoke via telephone with Rachel Papuga, Project Manager for ABI, Papuga extended a personal invitation to the Commissioners for a Networking Event with other counties to discuss Capital Projects on May 18th at 4:00 PM. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve Payroll dated May 19, 2023 in the amount of $120,016.06. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve. Attachment 3A, HAZMAT Agreement, stating that McCutcheon Enterprises is the Hazardous Materials Response Team and will "comply with the requirements established in Act 165 and the current Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) Emergency Management Directive for Certified Hazardous Material Response Teams in Pennsylvania ensuring each time the Hazardous Materials Response Team is officially dispatched, the County Emergency Management Director, 9-1-1 Center, or equivalent will make notifications to the Commonwealth Response and Coordination Center, (CRCC) in 204 accordance with the Pennsylvania Hazardous Material Emergency Planning and Response Act, Act 1990-165, as amended (Act 165) Section 206. Emergency Notification Requirements (a)(2)". All in favor. Commissioners executed an inmate physician services request form from the Sheriff's Department.
